The Tampa massage therapist, who calls herself “Jasmine Tridevil,” claimed she added a third breast because she no longer wanted the attention of men.
But it appears she actually was trying to get attention…by making it all up.
Tridevil’s real name is Alisha Jasmine Hessler, reports the Internet mythbusting site Snopes.com. It also notes no independent photos of her additional breast can be found. In other words, all evidence comes from her social media and Youtube accounts.
She explained that she had bound her doctor to a non-disclosure agreement. But many plastic surgeons say such a procedure would be incredibly painful, take a long time, and would be an ethical violation for any doctor who performed the surgery.
WTSP-TV obtained a copy of an incident report from Tampa International Airport where a woman named Alisha Jasmine Heller reported missing luggage last month.
Among the contents she listed as missing was a “3 breast prostheses.” Her luggage was returned after police busted two baggage handlers for stealing suitcases.
During her interview with WTSP-TV, the reporter asked to have a look at the third breast, she then quickly flashed the camera. When asked for a longer look, she refused saying that would be part of a reality TV show she planned to produce and star in.
Snopes.com also found a modeling page for Alisha Hessler and noted the model looks just like Tridevil. And after researching her website jasminetridevil.com, Snopes found the domain was registered by Alisha Hessler.
A website that offers massages by “Alicia’s Golden Touch” appears to be updated by Alicia Hessler, adding the lines “Provider of internet hoaxes since 2014″ and “Specialist in massage for three breasted woman.”
A web search of crime records finds that Hessler was arrested in March 2013 on charges of fraudulent use of personal information. There is no indication how the case was processed.
If the evidence does bear out that this was a hoax, it wouldn’t be the first time Alisha Hessler got attention for a spurious claim.
In December of last year, Hessler claimed to be the victim of a sexual assault who got revenge on her attacker by making him hold a sign that said “I beat women. Honk if I’m a Scumbag.”
That story received wide national attention, including a story on WFTS-TV.
Several Internet outlets, including Snopes and Buzzfeed, say they have reached out to Hessler for comment but she has not yet responded.
